Longtail Associate - Jumia (Full Time)
Manage onboarding and activation of newly acquired small sellers on Jumia's marketplace. Lead the Longtail team focused on scalable support, automation, and seller growth tools.
What you'll do
- Lead incubation to get new sellers first sales within 30 days
- Oversee Longtail segment using automated tools and mass communication
- Manage team of Incubation Associates and Longtail account managers
- Drive adoption of Sponsored Products and Jumia Express among small vendors
- Track success and churn with PowerBI and internal dashboards
What they're looking for
- 4+ years in e-commerce, operations, or mass-market business development
- Proven experience managing large teams and high-volume operations
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
- Ability to manage large data sets in Excel and use PowerBI
- Excellent English communication skills for non-technical sellers
