Incubation Agent - Jumia (Full Time)
Recruit sellers and onboard them onto Jumia's marketplace, ensuring they are operational from day one. Role sits within seller acquisition and onboarding for Jumia's marketplace operations.
What you'll do
- Generate leads via tele acquisition, organic, offline, and referrals
- Validate lead quality
- Convince sellers to go live on Jumia
- Complete seller onboarding through Self-Sign Up form
- Train sellers and ensure they are admin-ready

- 1-3 years in account management, acquisition, or business consulting
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional listening and multitasking ability
