Warehouse Manager
Manage day-to-day integrity, security, and controls of M-KOPA’s Kenya warehouse and logistics. Lead warehouse operations, compliance, inventory ageing, and team development within Warehouse & Logistics.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate rack/bin location mapping reconciled with WMS/ERP
- Enforce inventory controls: goods-in, put-away, picking, cycle counts
- Manage imports and customs compliance including duty remission paperwork
- Produce and review monthly inventory ageing and disposal reports
- Train, coach, and manage warehouse and logistics staff
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
- 5-8 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience with inventory controls, customs clearance, duty remission
- High proficiency in Excel and Dynamics 365
