Customer Performance Field Officer - Nairobi
Field-based role to drive timely loan repayments and recover overdue accounts and financed assets. Works within the Customer Performance team supporting portfolio health for M-KOPA Mobility in Nairobi (and/or Mombasa).
What you'll do
- Monitor assigned accounts and take actions to maintain collection portfolio health
- Locate and contact customers to arrange and negotiate repayments
- Plan and execute field visits to recover payments or repossess assets lawfully
- Record interactions and repayment status in M-KOPAnet, Freshdesk and systems
What they're looking for
- Valid NTSA motorcycle driving licence (Class A2) mandatory
- Proven motorbike riding experience and physical fitness for daily riding
- Experience in collections, debt recovery, or similar field-based role
- Proficiency with Excel and Freshdesk for data tracking and reporting
- Tertiary education in a relevant field required
