Project Assistant

What you'll do

• Coordinate field operations across assigned regions and counties
• Track and support incident verification and claims documentation
• Manage escalation and confidential records for sensitive incidents
• Monitor field logistics, equipment, and deployment records
• Oversee call centre logging, triage, and SLA monitoring
