Financial Planning Analyst

Financial Planning Analyst supporting Group FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Acts as FP&A resource for subsidiaries without dedicated analysts and prepares board and management packs.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update group consolidation model monthly, reconcile actuals to forecast
• Provide forecasting, budgeting, and management-reporting support to subsidiaries
• Prepare Board and management reporting packs on fixed cadence
• Support annual budget process: templates, consolidation, and variance commentary
• Run variance analysis and draft narrative behind the numbers

What they're looking for

• 4-6 years in FP&A or similar corporate finance role
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency numbers
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or equivalent
• Comfort working directly with subsidiary stakeholders without supervision
