- Design and build reliable, scalable, observable production systems
- Own problems end-to-end from design to deployment and operations
- Work across services, distributed systems, infrastructure, data pipelines, and ML
- Debug complex production issues across multiple layers
- Improve performance, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency
