REP Onboarding & Field Coordination Operator
Operate candidate onboarding conversations via Slack to WhatsApp and coordinate field team logistics for REP. Work within the REP program to ensure smooth handovers and same-day data capture.
What you'll do
- Run WhatsApp onboarding conversations from the Slack operator console
- Track candidate progress and prepare clear handovers to Head of REP Program
- Build and publish weekly field visit schedules and confirm team routes
- Book and allocate vehicles and check connectivity and equipment before deployment
- File field data and reconcile candidate lists in the shared system same day

- Background in people-facing roles such as support, onboarding, or coordination
- Comfortable using Slack, WhatsApp, and digital forms
- Able to build and maintain schedules across multiple teams
- Competent with spreadsheets and trackers
- Fluent in English and Swahili
