- Investigate transactional and settlement discrepancies with Business Assurance
- Manage credential requests, go-live merchant enablement and testing
- Maintain operational documentation and error-code mapping updates

- Knowledge of processors, acquirers, APMs, issuers and card schemes
- Experience managing external partners, tickets and escalations
