Network Developer
Senior network engineer responsible for designing and implementing Share's carrier network and fabrics. Role sits on the network team owning backbone, PoPs, edge and automation that expose the network via the product API.
What you'll do
- Design repeatable backbone and PoP architecture from edge to data center
- Drive Segment Routing, IP architecture, IPv4 reuse and IPv6 coexistence
- Develop network-as-code: Nautobot, Jinja templating, CI/CD and validation
- Build telemetry, observability, and AI-assisted detection and remediation
- Own availability, incident response, and develop the network engineering team

- Extensive experience building and operating large networks
- Deep BGP expertise including route policy and traffic engineering
- Hands-on with disaggregated white-box hardware and vendor selection
- Proficient in automation and network-as-code (Python or similar)
- Experience owning availability for critical production networks
