Head of Collections - Strategy & Analytics
Lead collections strategy and operations for FairMoney’s lending products, focusing on cash recovery, arrears and roll-rate improvement. Join the Collections leadership team and work cross-functionally with Risk, Product, Tech and CX to drive measurable recovery outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own cash collected, arrears, roll-rates, PAR/NPL and recovery economics
- Design and implement multi-horizon collections and treatment strategies
- Use experiments and data to measure treatment effectiveness and ROI
- Build and develop a high-calibre leadership bench within Collections
- Influence Product, Risk, Tech and CX to improve recoveries
What they're looking for
- First degree in any related field of study
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Collections with leadership experience
- Senior leadership experience in lending, fintech, or credit-led businesses
- Proven track record of materially improving collections performance
- Willing to spend at least one week per month in Nigeria
