Head of Engineering, Rewards
Lead end-to-end engineering for the Rewards platform, owning architecture, roadmap and delivery. Manage and grow the Rewards engineering organisation to expand cashback into a full rewards and personalisation product.
What you'll do
- Own technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for Rewards platform
- Improve performance, reliability and depth of existing cashback product
- Build and scale engineering organisation and structure product units
- Establish experimentation practice: A/B testing and measurement
- Partner with Growth, Sales and Product to deliver customer-facing experiences

- Proven direct-to-consumer product engineering experience at scale
- Strong front-end and mobile engineering depth
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Minimum 5 years managing managers and leading through engineering managers
- 10+ years overall software engineering experience
