Finance Manager - Kenya
Lead financial management for M-KOPA's Kenya entity, owning monthly reporting, provisioning, and compliance. Partner with commercial teams to analyse unit economics and shape financial decisions for the market.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end monthly close and management reporting pack
- Maintain IFRS 9 provisioning and monitor loan book performance
- Manage treasury, compliance, and regulatory reporting processes
- Provide commercial financial analysis and model new product economics
- Support audits, funding documentation, and due diligence
What they're looking for
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- Deep applied knowledge of IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IAS 21, revenue recognition
- Proven experience owning statutory and management reporting cycles
- Strong financial modelling and communication skills
- Big 4 training is a strong advantage
