Head, Group FP&A
Lead design and governance of the Group FP&A framework and consolidated reporting. Operate as the central standard-setter and consolidator across the Group finance function.
What you'll do
- Design and own Group FP&A framework and reporting standards
- Consolidate entity forecasts into a single Group P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
- Own annual Group budget calendar, templates, timelines, and approvals
- Run monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting cycles and Board packs
- Manage and develop Group FP&A Analysts for uncovered subsidiaries
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Proven multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience
- Background in banking, fintech, or regulated fast-growth environment
- Advanced financial modelling skills at architect level (Excel)
- ACA or ACCA or CFA or equivalent
