Finance Manager
Finance Manager responsible for end-to-end group finance covering accounting, reporting, tax, treasury and FP&A. Role sits in the group finance function supporting multi-entity, multi-currency operations and AI-enabled finance tooling.
What you'll do
- Own month-end close and consolidated group reporting
- Lead audits, tax and statutory compliance across the Group
- Manage tax agenda including direct and indirect taxes and transfer pricing
- Oversee treasury, cash management, FX and banking relationships
- Drive budgeting, performance analysis and lender/investor reporting
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of finance and accounting experience
- Professional accounting qualification (K-CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience with consolidation, IFRS statutory accounts and audits
- Solid direct and indirect tax knowledge with KRA/iTax and eTIMS experience
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate reporting and analysis
