HR Manager

HR Manager responsible for leading and delivering the companys people function. Role sits across leadership and team management, supporting office and site teams.

• Run culture, wellbeing and professional development initiatives

• Support leadership development, succession planning and HR Associate

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business or related field
• 3-7 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility
• Current IHRM membership or relevant professional HR qualification
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment law and employee relations
• CHRP-K qualification is an added advantage
