Manager – Credit Strategy & Operations
Lead end-to-end acquisition credit strategy and operations for Apollo’s lending products. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain profitability, prevent fraud, and improve credit performance.
What you'll do
- Define who to approve, credit limits, pricing, and product structure
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Growth, Engineering, and Finance
- Build dashboards, controls, experiments, and corrective actions
- Lead fraud and data verification strategy and run ops team
- Spend regular time in the field with farmers and partners

- 4-7 years in credit, risk, strategy, analytics, or product roles
- Structured first-principles problem solving skills
- Strong analytical ability including SQL and dashboard tools
- Experience collaborating across functions and leading teams
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows
