Customer Operations Associate - Tanzania
Customer Operations Associate serving Turaco’s Tanzania market from the Kenya office. Role sits in the Customer Operations team handling customer contact, claims, field and partner work.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries across phone, WhatsApp and approved channels
- Initiate, investigate and process customer claims in TACO
- Conduct partner and field visits to support partners and collect feedback
- Run outbound campaigns, surveys and IVR follow-ups as assigned
- Use approved AI tools and review their output before customer delivery
What they're looking for
- Must be Tanzanian (living in Kenya or Tanzania)
- Willing to relocate to Kenya if currently based in Tanzania
- Able to spend planned time at partner branches and communities
- Follow SOPs, escalation processes and confidentiality rules
- Able to move between customer, claims and field activities as needed
