Customer Operations Associate - Philippines

What you'll do
- Call at least 100 customers daily to upsell or cross-sell products
- Explain product features and answer customer questions
- Register new customers and perform required data entry
- Initiate, investigate, and process customer claims
- Detect fraud and apply mitigation while preserving customer dignity

- College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Filipino
- Previous telesales or call center experience preferred
